If an EICFSC Home Club Member wants to test somewhere other than Eagan (whether in person or virtually), Permission to Test must be obtained from the EICFSC Test Chair.  Please request well in advance of the test session.

EICFSC Home Club Members must pay a Permission to Test processing fee of $15 per test to EICFSC when testing out of club. To request Permission to Test from the EICFSC Test Chair, please complete this form.

Once the form is submitted, the EICFSC Test Chair will confirm with USFS that the member is eligible to take the test/s and verify with the EICFSC Treasurer that the member is in good standing. Permission to Test will then be provided to the hosting test chair.

Please note that EICFSC pays for pins for Home Club members who test at Eagan but does not pay for pins for Home Club members that pass a USFS test out of club.
