FREE Off- Ice Class

Off-ice helps skaters get stronger, more flexible, and better balanced—skills that directly improve their jumps, spins, and performance on the ice. It also builds confidence and helps prevent injuries. With Coach Sasha Zerin leading our off-ice training, skaters learn how to be strong and confident both on and off the ice.
